Paid campaign management

Building, optimising and reporting on Meta campaigns — and on the join between the campaign and whoever answers the enquiry.

What you get

A campaign somebody holds every day

Building the campaign structure on Meta — audiences, ad sets, conversion events — and then running it: daily checks, switching off ads that have worn out, putting fresh variants in their place, and moving budget according to what the numbers show.

  • Strategy and setup: audiences, segmentation, conversion events, and a pixel that is connected and tested
  • Enough creative variants for Meta's system to learn from — see Creative
  • Fatigue monitoring, and replacing ads before the cost per enquiry climbs
  • The campaign wired to whoever answers enquiries, so nobody waits
  • A performance report with the numbers as they are, including what did not work

How it runs

From the first call to the running report

  1. 01
    Scoping

What the product is, what the margins are, what counts as a sale, and what has already been tried. Without that there is nothing to set a target against.

  2. 02
    Connection and measurement

Ad account, pixel and conversion events. We check the events actually arrive before a shekel is spent.

  3. 03
    Going live

We start on a test budget across several audiences at once, then narrow to what returns.

  4. 04
    Running it

Daily handling, creative rotation and a weekly report. Larger changes are agreed with you first.

What we need from you

Four things, and without them it does not move

  • Admin access to the business page and the ad account — we work inside your assets, not ours
  • A monthly media budget paid directly to Meta, separate from the management fee
  • Whoever answers enquiries, person or system, and a response time you can actually hold
  • Telling us what actually closed, otherwise there is no way to know which audience is worth anything

Next step

On the scoping call we will look together at what is running in the account today, if anything is, and say what we would change — including when the answer is that now is not the time to start.
