These terms cover the use of this website only. A commercial engagement with any of the group's businesses is set out in a separate agreement, and what that agreement says overrides what is written here.

What this site is

A company website. It presents the group, the services and our work. It does not sell a product, take payment, or open a user account.

The information on it

The content was written to the best of our knowledge on the day it was published and may change. A description of a service is general and is not a binding offer: scope, price and terms are set out in a written proposal for each client separately.

The work shown

The films, sites and photographs on the work page are our own productions. Copyright in them belongs to us or to the clients they were produced for, as the case may be. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Showing a piece of work is not a statement about its results. A client's results are published only in an approved case study.

Outbound links

The site links to sites we own and to WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or the policies of external services, WhatsApp included.

Getting in touch through the site

The form on the contact page does not send anything to a server of ours. It assembles a WhatsApp message from what you typed and opens it on your device — sending it is your action. See the privacy policy.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not undertake continuous availability or freedom from faults. Nothing on the site constitutes professional advice, and it should not be relied on in place of advice on your own circumstances.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The binding version is the one appearing on this page at the time of use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law.
